Rental Times:

10AM-10PM. Music must end by 9:45PM.


A client hosted non-cash bar may be arranged ONLY through an approved, insured bartender service. *The Barn staff can assist you information on pricing and booking a bartender.

All alcohol must be dispensed  bartender(s), and no money may be exchanged for alcohol by the guests at the event.  Alcohol service must end by 9:45.  Kegs without bartender service are not permitted on our property.

The Barn at Madison, LLC does not dispense any alcoholic beverages. The servicing of alcohol and/or consumption by persons under 21 years of age is not permitted.  Each wedding party should consider any legal implications.  Information for insurance for events with alcohol can be discussed.

Proof of personal homeowners insurance or a renter’s insurance rider for liquor liability is required  by renter and must be on file 30 days before event.

Catering (Subject to change at any time prior to signing of contract):

The Barn has an Open Catering policy, though we do reserve the right to review your caterer for approval.

Outside Catering – must be a full service, licensed, and inspected caterer that will setup, serve, cleanup, and remove all flatware, trash, and food from the facility.

Self Catering:  Client is responsible for the setup and cleanup of all food. Cleanup costs will be deducted from security deposit if policy is not adhered to.  Client must provide event insurance.


Rental items such as chairs, tables, fountains, or any other equipment from an outside source is welcome. The renter is responsible for the setup and take down of the tables and chairs, delivery, and hauling away of such items within 1 hour of the event or a rental removal fee of $250 will be assessed.
